PROFILE

I spent most of my career in broadcast and cable television advertising sales and marketing.   We started out in my beautiful home town of Monterey and ended up in San Francisco, one of the best and challenging media markets in the country.  I wore many hats throughout my TV/Cable career, learning how to schedule commercials, negotiate programming contracts, create marketing programs from the ground up, produce videos,  produce local events and TV series and much more.  At Comcast I had a broader scope and learned strategy and leadership on a corporate level.  I participated in high-level strategic planning for the launch of major revenue initiatives including the Olympics, Interactive Digital Products and Partnerships.  We left our home in stunning Marin when my husband retired and we  settled in Fair Oaks at a home we call McCulloch Manor, where we love to entertain our friends and family.

I went back to work at a start-up that helped individual real estate agents grow their business.  My Mom and Brother are top-producing agents in Monterey, so real estate is kind of in my DNA and I loved it.  I found that my past experience in strategic planning, creative development and marketing execution really helped my clients prosper. 

I started Real Marketing Muscle to continue my work with real estate agents.  My goal is to be your "Go-To Expert" like you have a CMO in your back pocket when you need an overall strategy and plan or just a helping hand to get your new listing on the market. All of my past experience and skillsets allow me to help you create a marketing plan, design and execute so you stay in front of your sphere and prospects on a high level and consistently.  There are thousands of marketing tools out there for Realtors but you need to be able to make it all work together to nurture your sphere and leads.  That's the tricky part! My nerd side of the brain can adopt to pretty much any system you want to use to run your business.

Cultivated partnerships with TV network and third-party vendors to create multiscreen marketing programs attractive to advertisers; these included program sponsorship, on-site events, sweepstakes, and in-store promotions. Conducted brand strategy workshops for advertising clients throughout the Bay Area; trained sales and marketing staff in consultative marketing strategies.

  • Coached a high-performing marking team to contribute 27% revenue growth on strategic target accounts.
